Cat treats for street cats, tear open through the perforated lines and the packages can be plates for quick feeding cats in the streets. It is easy to find cats in the streets of Korea. I have had difficulty grabbing food and dish quickly when I meet starved cats in the campus where I work. I wish there are improvements made in the structural packaging for cat food products, specifically designed for cats in the streets. Most of all, more improvement in the system to protect the street animals and care for them.
